- Gabriel A. Pellegrini (b.1945) Insurance Underwriter by Profession. Since 1993 has dedicated himself totally to Art, as an artist, art collector and research. He has given his service to University students, through his knowledge and art publications in his modest archive. He was the Curator of the Vincent Apap (1909-2003) of Victor Diacono (b.1915) retrospective exhibitions organised by the Bank of Valletta during November-December 2000 and May-July 2007

"I've read some commemorative articles of his on Enrico Mizzi, which he followed with political devotion and admiration, and some of his great poems in Italian, which gave him recognition in Italy and helped him help other Maltese artists gain recognition themselves there. I created a facebook fan page for him. A great man, I add my comment to that of Peter Darmanin who luckily enough got the opportunity to know him in person unlike me."
